Becca Ripley is a mom on a mission to trade political fear for community hope.

Becca Ripley is a dedicated community advocate who brings a unique blend of global perspective and deep-seated Midwestern values to Middle Tennessee.

A graduate of the University of Minnesota, she earned her Master’s degree in Conflict Analysis and Resolution from George Mason University, equipping her with foundational expertise in navigating complex, high-stakes environments. Her diverse professional background spans international service - including working with the International Organization for Migration at the U.S. Embassy in Moscow and serving in the Peace Corps - alongside successful executive leadership as the co-founder of a thriving property management company.

Becca’s approach to leadership is rooted in radical empathy and active community investment, principles modeled by her parents' lifelong commitment to public service. Having witnessed firsthand the chilling effects of shifting political landscapes during her years living abroad in Hungary and Russia, Becca has a profound appreciation for the fragile nature of civil liberties. As a candidate for State Representative, she is focused on protecting fundamental freedoms, advocating for reproductive rights, and ensuring robust funding and support for public school teachers, while fiercely opposing measures like book bans that limit student perspective.

Becca makes her home in Williamson County with her two sons, Knox and Vaughn, who attend local public schools.
